ORDER

How secure is my personal information?

Rockin' Royalty Boutique adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 7-10 business days depending on your location. 

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days.

European countries: 7-25 business days.

Asian countries: 7-25 business days.

Rest of the world: 7-30 business days.

DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. 

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers so sometimes your items may come with different packages.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out by email within 5 business days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & we suggest tracking your shipment.  

Returns must be received no later than 14 days from the date you placed your order, be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.

Items: Must be returned in original condition with tags attached. No makeup stains from trying on items, cigarette smell, animal scent or hair, perfumes, wear, etc. 

Shoes: Must be in new condition, with no worn sole marks. Do not use the shoe box as the outside shipping container if you received one with your order. 

Exclusions: Items on sale, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories & undergarments are non-returnable.

Defects: If an item is delivered defective you must send us an email with 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, include invoice number, detail of item/defect & picture in EMAIL.

Refunds: We only issue store credits. Please email if you have a return/refund to arrange. 

Finally: Returns that do not fit our policy are subject to $10 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you. Use a tracking service, we are not responsible for lost packages and we will do our very best to keep all of our customers happy but will work with each individual under our own discretion.
